The data in the following pages depict the demographics of the DOE Federal workforce. It contains data in such areas as Gender, Age, Years of Service, Education, ethnicity and retirement eligibility. This information is rolled up at the Secretary and Under Secretary levels as well as at each first tier Headquarters and Field Organization. The information is intended to be used as a dashboard tool for managers, as well as a source of information for interested parties. The Chief Human Capital officer anticipates that the data will be updated quarterly.
