What is the Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP)?

FCIP is...

  1. A paid, two-year professional development program that offers accelerated career progression through challenging job assignments

  2. A full-time position available to recent college graduates and individuals with relevant experience

  3. A job that offers full benefits the first day on the job (vacation time, sick leave, 401K, retirement, life insurance, etc).

FCIP is not....

  1. An internship program

  2. A temporary job

  3. A job for college graduates only
