Training Workflow

To support a streamlined process for training approval and submission, all training requests are processed using Training Workflow, which is a component of the Department's Corporate Human Resource Information System (CHRIS).

Training Workflow uses a five-step approval process, ensuring that all aspects of approval are met, from simple administrative approval to legal obligations. The first three steps of this process reside within an employee's organization, and follow that organization's internal business processes. The final two steps reside with the ETS Staff, i.e. - an organization's Training Coordinator, and group of Training Processors.
