Training Services

The Office of Enterprise Training Services (ETS) was created to consolidate the Department's decentralized training operations into a single service provider. Examples of services offered by ETS include:

• Assisting organizations in planning via Consultant services;
• Development of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Plans, and evaluation of TNA results;
• Develop Annual Training Plans in response to current (and future) Department needs;
• Evaluate current Departmental Training Needs, and address needs by providing in-house training events;
• Manage Career Development Programs throughout ETS serviced organizations;
• Provide support to the Federal Technical Capability Panel in managing and adminstering the Technical Qualification Program;
• Provide guidance in regard to current Training Policy and Regulations; and
• Provide Training Registration services for employees serviced by ETS.
