ETS' Vision
ETS's vision is to ensure the continued competency of DOE Employees, using several practices and methods, to include:
- Individual Development Plans;
- Employee Counseling/Consulting; and
- Department/Organizational Needs Assessments
The goal of ETS is to provide a highly trained workforce, ready to ensure the continued safety, security, and stability of the nation's nuclear stockpile, and energy resources.
