Development Components 
  • Rotational assignments may include assignments in different parts of the DOE organization including program offices, field sites or national labs both domestically and internationally.  If the rotation is to a different geographic location, DOE will pay the necessary travel expenses.
  • An Individual Development Plan, to serve as a road map for your professional and personal development during the program and beyond.
  • Formal classroom and web based training, leadership skills, technical or business proficiency, and advancement potential.
  • Ongoing on-the-job training, mentoring, career development, and performance feedback.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, you may be eligible for conversion to permanent status.
